击打式脱药机构设计及过程分析

摘  要:为实现老年人服药中药品调配无污染,设计一款面向板状药品的采用击打脱药机构。为保证不同型号药粒无差异自动脱药,研究药品脱落过程中铝箔和外壳变形,获取最优脱药压力值。建立药板受力模型,以4#、00#型药粒为研究对象,采用电磁铁击打脱药。仿真结果表明,施加力达到30N时,4#、00#型的铝箔都出现破裂,施加力达到70N时,4#、00#型的铝箔均完全破裂,且药粒的脱出率达90%。试验结果表明,施加力达到65N时,4#型药粒铝箔完全破裂,药粒脱出,00#型药粒铝箔发生明显破裂,药粒未完全脱出;施加力达到70N时,4#、00#型的铝箔均完全破裂。因此,击打式脱药机构可以实现药品无污染调配且以70N为最佳脱药压力。To dispense medicine without pollution,a mechanical device for plate-like medicine was developed,which can automatically peel the drug from the packaging.In order to ensure this automatic device is suitable for all medicine specifications,the deformations of the foil and shell are analyzed to obtain the optimal thrust force.Firstly,the force model of the medicine plate is built based on both the 4#-type and 00#-type medicine and accordingly a simulation analysis was conducted,in which electromagnets serve as the source of striking force.Simulation results show that when the pressure reaches to 30N,the foil would crack.When the pressure rises to 70N,the foil completely breaks,and the medicine removal rate of them is more than 90%.Experiments show that when the force is up to 25N,the convex deformation would occur on the foil but without cracks.When the force reaches to 65N,the foil of the 4#-type breaks and the medicine fails out,whereas there is no obvious rupture in the foil of the 00#-type.When the force reaches to 70N,all foils completely break.Therefore,the optimum hit pressure of the structure of peeling is 70N.
