异步电机匝间短路故障分析及诊断系统开发

摘  要:笼型异步电机是社会生产、生活中最常见的电气设备,一旦发生故障会对生产造成比较大的影响,因此,对其进行研究有着重要意义。为此,针对常见的匝间短路故障,建立异步电机故障诊断实验台并分析了匝间短路故障与工作电流之间关系,在此基础上开发了对应的故障诊断系统。研究结果表明,异步电动机存在匝间短路故障时,其派克矢量轨迹由类圆形向椭圆形过渡,且随着短路匝数的增加图形的扁平化越严重,同时派克矢量轨迹长轴与坐标轴的角度有对应关系,可以用于判断匝间短路的具体故障相。Squirrel-cage induction motor is the most common electrical equipment in social production and it will have a great impact on the manufacture if the motor has faults.Therefore,the motor fault diagnosis is very important and needed to learn.So the relationship between the turn-turn short circuit fault and the working current was studied based on an asynchronous motor fault diagnosis test bench.Then one fault diagnosis system for motor was developed.The research results show that the trajectory of the Park’s transformation vector is transformed from a circle to an oval when the motor has turn-turn short circuit fault which becomes more and more serious with the number increase of turns of the short circuit.Meanwhile,the long axis angle of the trajectory has certain relationship with fault phase and this relationship can be used to judge the specific fault phase.
