残疾人精神文化需求状况调查——以湖北省利川市为例

摘　　要：为准确了解残疾人精神文化需求状况,本研究团队以利川市为例,采用自制问卷对417名残疾人进行入户调查,并对部分残疾人家属及社区工作人员进行了访谈。结果显示,超过90.00%的残疾人有参加精神文化活动的需求;残疾人日常参与的活动主要包括看电视、看电影、散步、做家务等;残疾人社交需求未能满足、精神文化活动单一、满足需求相关设施设备缺乏等。鉴于此,需要从政府层面、社会层面、个人和家庭层面采取相应措施来满足残疾人不断提升的精神文化需求。To appropriately understand the spiritual and cultural needs of persons with disabilities,our research group carried out a household survey with 417 persons with disabilities using a selfdeveloped questionnaire,and interviewed some families of persons with disabilities as well as community workers in Lichuan City.The results showed that more than 90.00%of persons with disabilities had a need to participate in spiritual and cultural activities;daily activities taken by persons with disabilities mainly include watching TV,watching movies,taking a walk and doing housework;persons with disabilities had unmet social needs,undiversified spiritual and cultural activities,and insufficient facilities and equipment for meeting their needs.In view of this,appropriate measures at the governmental,societal,individual and familial levels need to be taken to satisfy the growing spiritual and cultural needs of persons with disabilities.
