体外冲击波碎石术联合坦索罗辛治疗输尿管结石患者的效果和安全性分析

摘　　要：目的 本研究旨在评估体外冲击波碎石术联合坦索罗辛治疗输尿管结石患者的疗效和安全性。方法 选取2021年11月至2023年11月福州市第二总医院泌尿外科接受治疗的输尿管结石患者中抽出468例,依据所采用的治疗方法,将234例单纯予以体外冲击波碎石术患者纳入对照组,234例在对照组手术基础上联合坦索罗辛治疗患者纳入观察组,比较两组综合疗效。结果 观察组治疗总有效率较对照组高(P <0.05)。观察组术后结石排净时间短于对照组,VAS评分低于对照组,观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 体外冲击波碎石术联合坦索罗辛治疗输尿管结石,不仅促进治疗效率提升,还能加快结石排净速率,减轻疼痛,降低并发症总发生率,具有更高的安全性。Objective This study aims to evaluate the efficacy and safety of extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy combined with tamsulosin in the treatment of patients with ureteral stones.Methods A total of 468 patients with ureteral stones who received treatment in the urology department of Fuzhou Second General Hospital from November 2021 to November 2023 were selected.According to the treatment method used,234 patients who received extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy alone were included in the control group,and 234 patients who received treatment with tamsulosin in addition to the control group surgery were included in the observation group.The comprehensive efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results The control group's total effective rate was lower than that of the observation group(P<0.05).The observation group had a shorter postoperative stone clearance time and lower VAS scores than the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The combination of extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy and tamsulosin in the treatment of ureteral stones not only improves treatment efficiency,but also accelerates stone clearance rate,reduces pain,and lowers the overall incidence of complications,with higher safety.
