摘 要:目的 观察小儿细菌性支气管肺炎患者应用溴己新联合头孢曲松钠治疗的临床效果。方法 选取2020年9月至2021年8月钦州市妇幼保健院96例细菌性支气管肺炎患儿,采用随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,各48例,观察组予以溴己新联合头孢曲松钠治疗,对照组予以头孢曲松钠联合常规治疗。观察并对比两组临床疗效、炎症指标[白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-2(IL-2)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、降钙素原(PCT)]、免疫相关指标[免疫球蛋白M(IgM)、免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、补体(C3、C4)]水平及不良反应发生情况。结果 治疗后,观察组临床总有效率较对照组高(P <0.05)。观察组治疗后IL-6、hs-CRP、PCT、IgM、C3、C4水平均低于对照组(均P <0.05)。两组不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论 溴己新联合头孢曲松钠可有效减轻小儿细菌性支气管肺炎患儿机体炎症反应,改善机体免疫功能,提升疗效。Objective To observe the clinical effect of brohexine combined with ceftriaxone sodium in the treatment of children with bacterial bronchopneumonia.Methods A total of 96 children with bacterial bronchopneumonia from September 2020 to August 2021 in Qinzhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital were randomly divided into two groups of 48 each using the random number table method.The observation group received bromhexine plus ceftriaxone sodium,while the control group received ceftriaxone sodium plus routine therapy.Clinical efficacy,inflammatory markers[interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-2(IL-2),high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),and procalcitonin(PCT)],immune indicators[immunoglobulin M(IgM),immunoglobulin A(IgA),and complement(C3,C4)],and adverse reaction rates were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the overall clinical efficacy rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of IL-6,hs-CRP,PCTIgM,C3,C4 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group after treatment(all P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Bromhexin combined with ceftriaxone sodium can effectively reduce the inflammatory reaction of children with bacterial bronchopneumonia and improve the curative effect.
