大隐静脉曲张手术治疗的研究进展

摘　　要：大隐静脉曲张属于原发性下肢静脉曲张类疾病的一种,且较为多见。既往主要是以传统手术方式进行治疗。近些年,随着微创技术不断发展,使得大隐静脉曲张的临床治疗创伤性明显减少。尤其是与传统手术相比,微创治疗的安全性更高,兼具有效性与美观性、微创等优势。其中腔内射频消融术、电凝术、TriVex微创旋切术的应用,使得不同疾病特点的人群治疗需求得到满足,但是不同的治疗方案也有其自身的优点与缺点。本文对大隐静脉曲张传统手术、微创手术的治疗情况进行了综述,以便为后续手术治疗方案的选取提供参考依据。Saphenous varicose veins are a kind of primary lower extremity varicose vein diseases,and they are more common.In the past,it was mainly treated with traditional surgery.In recent years,with the continuous development of minimally invasive technology,the clinical treatment of saphenous varicose veins has been significantly less invasive.In particular,compared with traditional surgery,minimally invasive treatment is safer,and has the advantages of effectiveness,aesthetics,and minimally invasiveness.Among them,the application of endoluminal radiofrequency ablation,electrocoagulation,and TriVex minimally invasive atherectomy can meet the treatment needs of people with different disease characteristics,but different treatment options also have their own advantages and disadvantages.This article reviews the treatment of traditional surgery and minimally invasive surgery for saphenous varicose vein,so as to provide a reference for the selection of subsequent surgical treatment options.
