妇炎舒胶囊联合裸花紫珠胶囊治疗阴道出血的效果及安全性分析

摘　　要：目的 分析妇炎舒胶囊联合裸花紫珠胶囊治疗阴道出血的效果及安全性。方法 选取句容市妇幼保健院2022年5月至2023年10月300例阴道出血患者,经随机数字表法分两组,各150例,对照组采用妇炎舒胶囊,研究组在此基础上采用裸花紫珠胶囊,对比两组血清性激素水平[孕酮(P)、血清雌激素(E2)、黄体生成素(LH)]、子宫血流动力学、不良反应、生活质量。结果 治疗后,研究组E2水平为(142.31±12.68)pmol/L,P水平为(8.45±0.62)pmol/L,LH水平为(9.39±1.15)IU/L,对照组E2水平为(151.28±12.37)pmol/L,P水平为(10.23±0.87)pmol/L,LH水平为(11.78±1.02)IU/L,研究组血清性激素水平优于对照组(均P <0.05)。治疗后,研究组子宫动脉峰值血流速度(PSV)、阻力指数(RI)优于对照组(均P <0.05)。两组不良反应发生情况对比,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。治疗后,研究组生理功能、生理职能、身体疼痛、一般健康、精力、社会功能、情感职能、精神健康评分高于对照组(均P <0.05)。结论 妇炎舒胶囊联合裸花紫珠胶囊治疗阴道出血能够发挥药物协同作用,改善血清性激素水平,改善子宫血流动力学水平,提高患者生活质量,且不会增加不良反应发生风险。Objective To analyze the effect and safety of the capsule combined with naked pearl capsule in the treatment of vaginal bleeding.Methods A total of 300 patients with vaginal bleeding from May 2022 to October 2023 in the Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Jurong City were selected and divided into two groups by the random number table method,with 150 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Fuyan Shu capsules,while the study group was treated with Baphicacanthus cusia capsules on the basis of the control group.The levels of serum sex hormones[progesterone(P),serum estradiol(E2),luteinizing hormone(LH)],uterine hemodynamics,adverse reactions,and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of E2 in the study group were(142.31±12.68)pmol/L,P levels were(8.45±0.62)pmol/L,and LH levels were(9.39±1.15)IU/L.In the control group,the levels of E2 were(151.28±12.37)pmol/L,P levels were(10.23±0.87)pmol/L,and LH levels were(11.78±1.02)IU/L.The serum sex hormone levels in the study group were better than those in the control group(all P<0.05).After treatment,the peak systolic velocity(PSV)and resistance index(RI)of the uterine artery in the study group were better than those in the control group(both P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores for physiological function,rolephysical,bodily pain,general health,vitality,social functioning,role-emotional,and mental health in the study group were higher than those in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusions The treatment of vaginal bleeding can play a synergistic effect,improve serum sex hormone level,improve uterine hemodynamic level,improve the quality of life of patients,and will not increase the risk of adverse reactions.
