摘　　要：目的 分析重组人生长激素(rhGH)联合营养支持对特发性矮小症患儿身体发育和血清胰岛素样生长因子-1(IGF-1)水平的影响。方法 选取92例特发性矮小症患儿,于2021年6月至2023年8月收治于南平市建阳区妇幼保健院儿科,采取随机数字表法分组,观察组和对照组每组46例。其中46例采取营养支持纳入对照组,46例采取rhGH联合营养支持纳入观察组,两组均持续治疗1年以上。比较两组治疗前后身体发育、血清IGF-1变化及安全性。结果 治疗后,观察组的骨龄、生长速度、PAH均高于对照组(P <0.05)。治疗后,观察组血清IGF-1水平高于对照组(P <0.05)。两组间不良反应总发生率对比,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论 rhGH联合营养支持治疗特发性矮小症,既可以促进患儿身体发育,还能改善血清IGF-1水平,且安全性良好。Objective Analyze the impact of recombinant human growth hormone(rhGH)combined with nutritional support on physical development and serum insulin-like growth factor-1(IGF-1)levels in children with idiopathic short stature.Methods A total of 92 children with idiopathic short stature treated in the Department of Pediatrics at Nanping Jianyang District Maternal and Child Health Hospital from June 2021 to August 2023 were selected.Using a random number table,they were divided into two groups:the observation group with 46 cases and the control group with 46 cases.The control group received nutritional support,while the observation group received recombinant human growth hormone(rhGH)combined with nutritional support.Both groups were treated for more than one year.The physical development,changes in serum IGF-1 levels,and safety were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the bone age,growth velocity,and predicted adult height(PAH)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The observation group exhibited a higher serum IGF-1 level compared to the control group(P<0.05).However,the overall incidence of adverse reactions showed no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions The combination of rhGH with nutritional support for idiopathic short stature can not promote the physical development of children,but also improve the serum IGF-1 level,and the safety is good.
