改良早期预警评分系统在急诊内科危重患者院内转运中的运用

摘　　要：目的 探讨改良早期预警评分系统(MEWS)在急诊内科危重患者院内转运中的运用效果。方法 选取上海健康医学院附属嘉定区中心医院急诊内科院内改良早期预警评分系统落实后(2023年6月至2024年5月)和落实前(2022年5月至2023年5月)收治的120例危重症患者,分别纳入MEWS组和常规组,各60例,对比两组转运相关意外事件发生情况,并对比两组急诊抢救时间和院内转运时间。结果 MEWS组转运相关意外事件总发生率为(5.00%,3/60),低于常规组(21.67%,13/60)(P <0.05)。MEWS组急诊抢救时间、院内转运时间均短于常规组(P <0.05)。结论 运用改良早期预警评分系统进行评估与处理,可有效提升转运交接效率,降低转运相关意外事件发生率。Objective To investigate the effect of the modified early modified early warning score(MEWS)in the hospital transport of critically ill patients in emergency medicine.Methods A total of 120 patients with Critically ill patients from Shanghai Health Medical College Affiliated JiaDing District Central Hospital from After the implementation of the improved early warning scoring system(June 2023 to May 2024)and before the implementation(May 2022 to May 2023),were selected.As the MEWS group and the conventional group,each with 60 cases,compare the occurrence of transfer-related adverse events between the two groups and compare the emergency resuscitation time and intrahospital transfer time between the two groups.Results The total incidence of transport related accidents in the MEWS group(5.00%,3/60)was lower than that in the control group(21.67%,13/60)(P<0.05).The emergency rescue time and in-hospital transfer time of the MEWS group were shorter than those of the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusions The use of an improved early warning scoring system for evaluation and processing can effectively improve the efficiency of transportation handover and reduce the incidence of transportation related accidents.
