颅脑超声在诊断新生儿颅脑疾病的价值分析

摘  要:目的分析颅脑超声在诊断新生儿颅脑疾病的价值。方法选取江苏省泰州市中医院2022年1月至2024年5月102例疑似颅脑疾病新生儿,分别予以新生儿MRI检查以及颅脑超声检查,以MRI检查结果为金标准,明确颅脑超声诊断效能及对不同疾病的检出率。结果颅脑超声与MRI对新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病、脑室增宽、脑室周围白质软化、颅内出血的检出率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。颅脑超声诊断准确度为97.06%(99/102),特异度为66.67%(2/3),敏感度为97.98%(97/99)。结论超声检查能够动态监测新生儿颅脑状态以及颅脑疾病的进展状况,有效显示患儿颅脑中央部位的病变(脑室增宽、囊肿以及颅内出血等),同时可对是否存在出血病灶进行监测。Objective To explore and analyze the value of cranial ultrasound in the diagnosis of neonatal cranial diseases.Methods A total of 102 newborns suspected of having cranial diseases were selected from Taizhou Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital in Jiangsu Province from January 2022 to May 2024,and underwent neonatal magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)and cranial ultrasound examinations.The MRI examination results were used as the gold standard to clarify the diagnostic effcacy of cranial ultrasound and the detection rates of different diseases.Results The comparison of detection rates between cranial ultrasound and MRI for neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy,ventricular widening,periventricular leukomalacia,and intracranial hemorrhage showed no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).The diagnostic accuracy of cranial ultrasound was 97.06%(99/102),with a specificity of 66.67%(2/3)and a sensitivity of 97.98%(97/99).Conclusions Ultrasound examinations is possible to dynamically monitor the state of the newborn’s brain and the progression of brain diseases,effectively displaying lesions in the central part of the child’s brain(such as ventricular dilation,cysts,and intracranial hemorrhage),and monitoring the presence of bleeding lesions.
