摘 要:目的 评估微生态制剂联合用药对儿童消化系统疾病的临床疗效,探讨其在改善症状、提高治疗总有效率以及调节肠道菌群方面的潜在价值。方法 选取2022年4月至2024年4月内确诊的儿童消化系统疾病的患者80例,按照随机数法将患者分为观察组和对照组。观察组在常规治疗基础上加用微生态制剂,对照组仅进行常规治疗。比较两组症状改善时间、疗效、不良反应及肠道菌群变化。结果 观察组在腹痛、恶心、呕吐、腹泻等临床症状缓解方面的时间优于对照组(P <0.05)。此外,观察组的治疗总有效率达到了100.00%,高于对照组的72.50%(P <0.05)。观察组的不良反应发生率低于对照组(P <0.05)。治疗后,观察组的肠球菌、乳酸杆菌属、酵母样真菌较对照组更趋于正常(P <0.05)。结论 微生态制剂联合用药能提高儿童消化系统疾病的治疗效果,缩短症状改善时间,减少不良反应发生,并有助于改善肠道菌群结构。Objective The purpose of this study is to evaluate the clinical efficacy of microecological drug combination drugs in children,and to explore its potential value in improving symptoms,improving treatment total response rate,and regulating intestinal flora.Methods A total of 80 children diagnosed with gastrointestinal diseases from April 2022 to April 2024 were included in this study and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group using a random number method.The observation group received conventional treatment plus probiotics,while the control group received only conventional treatment.Comparisons were made between the two groups in terms of time to symptom improvement,therapeutic efficacy,adverse reactions,and changes in gut microbiota.Results The observation group showed a significantly shorter duration for the relief of clinical symptoms such as abdominal pain,nausea,vomiting,and diarrhea compared with the control group(P<0.05).the overall effective rate of treatment in the observation group reached 100.00%,which was higher than that of the control group at 72.50%(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was also lower in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of Enterococcus,Lactobacillus,and yeast-like fungi in the observation group were more normalized compared with the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The combination of microecology agents can significantly improve the treatment effect of children’s digestive diseases,shorten the improvement time of symptoms,reduce adverse reactions,and help improve the structure of intestinal flora.
