摘　　要：目的分析标本溶血对电解质、血糖、肝功能检测结果的影响。方法选取2023年2月-12月在厦门市同安区妇幼保健院进行婚前医学检查和孕前优生检查的100名对象,同时采集2份血液标本,其中1份标本分入试验组,另1份标本分入对照组,对照组血液标本按常规方法保存,试验组使用人工方法制造标本溶血现象。对所有的标本进行常规生化检验,对比溶血前后的电解质、血糖和肝功能的检验水平的差异。结果试验组的钾离子(K^(+))、钙离子(Ca^(2+))、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)水平均高于对照组,钠离子(Na^(+))、葡萄糖(Glu)、AST天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)水平低于对照组(均P<0.05);试验组Na^(+)、Ca^(2+)和Glu的检出阳性率对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);试验组K^(+)、ALT、AST、LDH的检出阳性率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论标本发生溶血时,干扰电解质、血糖和肝功能测定结果,降低检测准确性,影响临床医师的诊断和治疗。Objective To analyze the effects of hemolysis on electrolyte,blood glucose and liver function.Methods A total of 100 individuals undergoing premarital medical examinations and preconception health checks at the Tong’an District Maternal and Child Health Hospital in Xiamen from February 2023 to December 2023 were selected.Two blood samples were collected from each individual,with one assigned to the trail group and the other to the control group.The blood samples in the control group were preserved using the conventional method,while those in the trail group were artificially induced to hemolysis.All samples were subjected to routine biochemical tests to compare the differences in the levels of electrolytes,blood glucose,and liver function before and after hemolysis.Results The levels of K^(+),Ca^(2+),ALT,and LDH in the trail group were higher than those in the control group,while the levels of Na+,Glu,and AST were lower than those in the control group(all P<0.05).The detection positivity rates of Na^(+),Ca^(2+),and Glu in the trail group showed no statistically significant difference compared with the control group(P>0.05).The detection positivity rates of K+,ALT,AST,and LDH in the trail group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions When hemolysis occurs in specimens,it interferes with the results of electrolyte,blood glucose and liver function measurement,reduces the accuracy of detection,and affects the diagnosis and treatment of clinicians.
