标准化护理流程对提高手术患者护理质量的影响研究

摘　　要：目的 研究标准化护理流程对提高手术患者护理质量的影响。方法 选取2021年1月至2023年12月在武警内蒙古自治区总队医院接受手术治疗的100例患者,采用随机数字表法分组,每组50例。对照组施以常规手术室护理,观察组施以手术室标准化护理流程。对比两组的负性情绪评分、生命体征指标、手术效率、各项作业完成情况、护理质量、护理满意度。结果 术后,两组的SAS评分、SDS评分均低于术前1 d,且观察组较对照组更低(P <0.05);观察组的SBP、DBP、HR均低于对照组(P <0.05)。同对照组比较,观察组的术前准备时间、手术室接送时间、手术时间均更短(P <0.05)。观察组的手术用物完善率、手术安全核查规范执行率与对照组相比均更高(P <0.05)。观察组手术环境、无菌情况、卫生消毒、器械物品管理、健康教育、护理配合、护理记录评分均高于对照组(P <0.05)。与对照组进行比较,观察组的护理满意度更高(P <0.05)。结论 标准化护理流程的实施不仅有助于手术患者情绪状态的改善,而且可稳定其生命体征,提高手术效率以及各项作业完成情况,提升护理质量和满意度。Objective To investigate the impact of standardized nursing procedures on improving the quality of nursing care for surgical patients.Methods A total of 100 patients who underwent surgical treatment at the Hospital of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Armed Police Corps from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected and randomly divided into two groups using a random number table,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received conventional operating room nursing care,while the observation group was treated with a standardized operating room nursing process.The negative emotion scores,vital signs,surgical efficiency,task completion rates,nursing quality,and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results Postoperatively,both groups showed lower SAS and SDS scores compared to preoperative one day before surgery,with the observation group demonstrating significantly lower scores than the control group(P<0.05).The observation group had significantly lower SBP,DBP,and HR values than the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the observation group had shorter preoperative preparation time,operating room transfer time,and surgical duration(P<0.05).The observation group showed higher rates of surgical supply completeness and standardized implementation of surgical safety checks compared to the control group(P<0.05).The observation group scored significantly higher in surgical environment,aseptic conditions,hygiene and disinfection,instrument management,health education,nursing coordination,and nursing documentation than the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The implementation of standardized nursing procedures not only helps improve the emotional state of surgical patients,but also stabilizes their vital signs,improves surgical efficiency and the completion of various tasks,and improves nursing quality and satisfaction.
