摘  要:超极化激活的环核苷酸门控(HCN)通道在心脏、中枢和外周神经系统中以四种不同的亚型(HCN1-4)表达。其电流在心脏中通常称为If,在控制窦房结细胞的节律活动方面起着关键作用。病理状态下各亚型的异常分布或HCN通道相关基因的突变常常引起各类心律失常,例如心房颤动、不适当窦性心动过速以及部分心血管疾病并发的恶性心律失常等。心脏生物起搏技术,目前也是电生理学界研究的热点之一,HCN通道与生物起搏也有着密切联系。HCN通道阻滞剂伊伐布雷定除降低心率以外的心脏保护作用也在一些实验研究中得到验证和证实。Hyperpolarization-activated cyclic nucleotide-gated(HCN)channels are expressed in four distinct subtypes(HCN1-4)in the heart,central and peripheral nervous system.Its current,commonly called If in the heart,plays a key role in controlling the rhythmic activity of the SA node cells.Abnormal distribution of subtypes or mutations of HCN channel-related genes in pathological states often cause various arrhythmias,such as atrial fibrillation,inappropriate sinus tachycardia,and malignant arrhythmias complicated by some cardiovascular diseases.The technique of cardiac bio-pacing is one of the hot topics in electrophysiology,and HCN channel is closely related to bio-pacing.The cardioprotective effect of the HCN channel blocker Ivabradine in addition to reducing heart rate has also been validated and confirmed in several experimental studies.
