摘 要:制备掺有稻壳灰的高强混凝土有助于稻壳灰的资源化回收利用,稻壳灰混凝土的养护条件对其力学性能具有显著影响。实验分析了标准养护、90℃热水养护、干热养护等不同养护条件下,单掺稻壳灰、硅灰以及混掺稻壳灰和硅灰对超高强混凝土的力学性能和微观特征的影响。实验结果表明,稻壳灰超高强混凝土具有良好的力学性能和微观特征,增加稻壳灰掺量可以显著改善稻壳灰混凝土的致密性和均匀性,提高混凝土强度和耐久性,有助于推进稻壳灰混凝土在工程结构中的广泛应用。The utilization of rice husk ash in the production of high-strength concrete facilitates the sustainable recycling of this agricultural byproduct,and the mechanical properties of rice husk ash concrete are significantly influenced by the curing conditions.The impact of rice husk ash,either used singly or in combination with silica fume,on the mechanical and microstructural properties of ultrahigh-strength concrete was systematically evaluated under various curing conditions,including standard curing,steam curing at 90°C,and dry heat curing.The experimental results showed that ultra-high-strength concrete incorporating rice husk ash exhibits favorable mechanical properties and microstructural features,and an increased proportion of rice husk ash substantially enhances the densification and uniformity of the concrete,enhancing the strength and durability of the concrete,and contributes to the broader application of rice husk ash concrete in civil engineering infrastructure.
