摘　　要：自贸试验区建设为破解沿边开放发展困境和重塑发展模式提供了新的机遇。本文以沿边开放的发展困境、困境破解和新路径重塑为基本主线,首先系统分析传统发展格局下沿边地区开放发展困境的多维原因;接着从理论逻辑和实践逻辑两个角度,分步分点剖析自贸试验区破解沿边地区传统发展困境的机制和主要逻辑链;然后从内外开放相互促进、技术制度创新协同两个方面,提出了自贸试验区赋能沿边开放发展、重塑新发展模式的主要路径;最后从自贸试验区基本功能与沿边开放融合发展的角度,提出沿边地区开放发展新模式的未来政策取向。本文的研究为新发展格局下推进自贸试验区赋能沿边开放发展提供了理论逻辑支撑和政策选择思考。The construction of pilot free trade zones(PFTZ)provides new opportunities to solve the development dilemma of opening-up in border areas and reshape the development model.This paper focuses on the development difficulties,solutions,and reshaping of new paths in border areas opening-up.Firstly,systematically analyzes the multidimensional causes of these challenges under the traditional development paradigm.Subsequently,dissects the mechanisms and main logical chains through which PFTZ solve the traditional development dilemma faced by border areas from both theoretical and practical perspectives.Then,the mutual promotion of domestic and foreign openness,and synergies between technological and institutional innovations,are proposed as the main paths for PFTZ to empower border areas opening-up development and to reshape new development models.Finally,from the perspective of integrating the basic functions of PFTZ with the opening-up of border areas,this paper puts forward future policy orientations for the new development model of border areas opening-up.This paper provides theoretical logical support and policy choices for advancing the empowerment of border areas opening-up development by PFTZ under the new development paradigm.
