摘 要:蛋白A免疫吸附是一种能清除患者体内致病性抗体的血液净化技术。该技术借助金黄色葡萄球菌蛋白A能特异性地与人体免疫球蛋白结合的特点,通过体外循环的方法,有效地清除致病抗体及其免疫复合物,具有较好的应用前景。随着技术的发展,免疫吸附越来越多地应用到肾移植的治疗中,但其有效性及安全性尚不明确。本文综述了蛋白A免疫吸附技术在肾移植中的应用情况,旨在为临床选择该项技术提供参考依据。Protein A immunoadsorption is a blood purification technique which removes pathogenic antibodies from the patient.It can effectively eliminate the pathogenic antibodies and immune complexes by extracorporeal circulation,which is characterized by the specific binding of Staphylococcus aureus protein A to human immunoglobulin,and it also has a great future for application.With the development of technology,immunoadsorption is increasingly used in the treatment of renal transplantation,but its effectiveness and safety are still unclear.This article will review the application of protein A immunoadsorption in renal transplantation,aiming to provide reference for the selection in clinical treatment.
