摘  要:以轨道交通地面站点处口袋公园为研究对象,总结了该类型公园步行出入、无障碍通行、快慢接驳、非机动车停车、交通疏散、地铁设施安放和游憩7大功能,以及高度公共性、交通疏导性、全龄友好性、地方窗口性4大特征。以武汉街道口站的地面站点规划设计为例,围绕非机动车停放与步行活动相互干扰、共享单车供需缺口、无障碍通道不连续、地铁站附属设施形象不协调、植物荫庇缺少等现实问题,提出了3个需要深入探讨的问题以期后续解决:(1)新法规要求的无障碍设施如何无缝衔接;(2)轨道交通地面站点口袋公园如何建设;(3)站点非机动车有序停放如何解决。旨在对我国轨道交通地面站点口袋公园建设有所启发。The article is based on a study of pocket parks at rail transit at-grade stations,summarizing the seven functions of this type of park:walking access,barrier-free access,fast and slow connectivity,non-motorized vehicle parking,traffic evacuation,placement of metro facilities,and recreation,as well as the four main characteristics of high degree of publicity,traffic diversion,allage friendliness,and local window.Taking the planning and design of Wuhan Jiedaokou station as an example,it centers on the realistic problems of mutual interference between non-motorized vehicle parking and walking activities,the gap between supply and demand of shared bicycles,discontinuity of barrier-free pathways,uncoordinated image of subway station ancillary facilities,and lack of plant shade,etc.,and puts forward three issues that need to be explored in depth with a view to subsequent solutions:(1)how to seamlessly integrate the barrier-free facilities required by the new regulations;(2)how to build a functional pocket park for transportation;and(3)how to solve the problem of orderly parking of non-motorized vehicles at the station.It aims inspire the construction of a functional pocket park for transportation in China.
