基于全生命周期理念的口袋公园项目建设探索——以珠海市香洲区为例

摘　　要：从全生命周期视角切入,将口袋公园项目建设划分为规范阶段、规划阶段、实施和管理阶段、反馈阶段,以珠海市香洲区口袋公园为例,分析各生命周期口袋公园项目建设所面临的关键问题,提出推动口袋公园大规模快速落地建设的解决策略。研究具有以下重要意义:(1)为国家科学推进口袋公园建设提供有效支持和补充;(2)为各地市在城市建成区内增设口袋公园提供借鉴;(3)为完善口袋公园建设管理制度提供素材和经验。This paper approaches pocket park project construction from a life cycle perspective,dividing the process into the following phases:standardization,planning,implementation and management,and feedback.Using the pocket parks in Xiangzhou district,Zhuhai,as a case study,the paper analyzes the key challenges encountered during the project's life cycle.The study proposes strategies to promote the rapid,large-scale implementation of pocket parks.This study has the following significant meanings:(1)it provides effective support and supplementation for the country to scientifically advance the construction of pocket parks;(2)it offers a reference for various cities to add pocket parks within the urban built-up area;and(3)it provides materials and experience for improving the management system of pocket park construction.
