中国工会百年历程几大理论问题考察

摘　　要：理论上的成熟是政治上坚定的基础。研究考察百年中国工会发展历程中的几个重大理论问题,诸如中国共产党与中国工会关系理论、劳动理论(劳动观)、全心全意依靠工人阶级方针理论、工会维权理论、工会性质地位作用理论等,它们均来源于实践也指导实践,全面梳理其形成、发展、成熟、定型的历史脉络,系统把握其来龙去脉,不仅有重要的历史意义和理论意义,也有很强的现实意义和实践意义。Theoretical maturity serves as the foundation for political firmness.By studying and examining several major theoretical issues in the development process of Chinese trade unions over the past century,such as the theory of the relationship between the Communist Party of China and Chinese trade unions,the theory of labor(the outlook on labor),the theory of the principle of relying wholeheartedly on the working class,the theory of trade union rights protection,and the theory of the nature,status,and role of trade unions,etc.,it it found that all these theories are derived from practice and also guide practice.Comprehensively sorting out the historical context of their formation,development,maturity,and finalization,and systematically grasping their origin and development not only has important historical and theoretical significance,but also has strong practical significance and practical implications.
