摘  要:富氧侧吹熔池熔炼技术在铜、镍、铅已经有非常成熟的应用,随着近年来的不断发展在处理锌浸出渣方面已经得到成熟应用。本文介绍了利用Metcal计算平台,对广西某冶炼厂富氧侧吹-烟化法处理常规法产生锌浸出渣并搭配处理氧压浸出渣的工艺流程进行模拟计算,建模计算结果与投产生产结果进行对比后,进一步优化侧吹炉冶金计算模型,为该工艺的设计和生产提供理论指导,提高冶金操作水平。The technology of oxygen-enrich-side blowing melting tank has been applied to copper,nickel and lead,and has been applied to the treatment of zinc leaching residue with the development in recent years.This paper presents the application of the Metcal computing platform for simulating the process flow of treating zinc leaching residue,produced by conventional methods,with oxygen pressure leaching slag in a smelter in Guangxi.By comparing the modeling calculation results with production outcomes,the metallurgical calculation model of the side-blowing furnace is further optimized to offer theoretical guidance for process design and production improvement.
