摘  要:提升产能是湿法炼锌企业增强竞争力的关键措施,在湿法系统通过工艺流程优化提高电解液纯度和质量,同时对极板加长降低电流密度,配套电解工艺控制优化和操作管理提升,实现生产控制要素的高效匹配,达到提高电流强度增加电解产能的目的;可实现产能提升20000t/年,阴极锌质量可提高到99.996%,经济技术指标达到行业先进水平;该改造投资小,风险低,对其他企业具有良好的借鉴意义。Improving production capacity is the key measure to enhance the competitive power of wet zinc smelting enterprises.By improving the purity and quality of the electrolyte,lengthening the plate to reduce the current density,supporting electrolytic process control optimization and operation management improvement,an enterprise achieves the purpose of capacity improvement.The production capacity of the enterprise can be increased by 20000t/ year,the quality of cathode zinc produced by the enterprise can be improved to 99.996%.The economic and technical indicators of the enterprise have reached the advanced level of the industry.Because of the small investment and low risk,the transformation method adopted by this enterprise has good reference significance for other enterprises.
