摘　　要：火法冶炼区是双闪工艺铜冶炼工厂的重要功能区域,是铜冶炼厂的核心区域。本文通过双闪工艺项目的建设实践,重点论述了项目建设中技术管理、施工组织、沟通协调方面的做法与实践,旨在总结经验,供以后的类似项目中参考。The pyrometallurgical area is an important functional area of the dual flash process copper smelting plant and the core area of the copper smelting plant.This article focuses on the practices and practices of technical management,construction organization,communication and coordination in the construction of a double flash process project,aiming to summarize the experience and provide reference for similar projects in the future.
