摘　　要：某集团总调生产信息集成及调度决策平台,采用跨流程多系统的实时数据采集技术,建立基于时序数据库的生产侧数据采集网络安全体系,采用微服务架构,开发调度指挥平台;进行冶炼炉窑和硫酸系统生产实时报表开发,实现生产数据决策平台的迭代升级;在原有业务基础上,对生产、环保、重大危险源、主要能源介质实时信息进行集成;同时开发了手机APP软件,并与钉钉移动办公平台进行集成应用,建成了适用于有色冶炼企业集团的集生产集中监视、调度、计划、决策为一体综合管控平台。The production information integration and scheduling decision-making platform of a certain group adopts real-time data collection technology across multiple processes and systems,establishes a production side data collection network security system based on time-series databases,and develops a scheduling command platform using microservice architecture;Develop real-time production reports for smelting furnaces and sulfuric acid systems,and achieve iterative upgrades of the production data decision-making platform;On the basis of existing business,integrate real-time information on production,environmental protection,major hazard sources,and major energy media;At the same time,a mobile APP software was developed and integrated with the DingTalk mobile office platform to build a comprehensive control platform that integrates production centralized monitoring,scheduling,planning,and decision-making for non-ferrous smelting enterprise groups.
