铝及铝合金板带材压延过程中的板型控制探究

摘  要:铝及铝合金板带材性能好,质量轻,强度高,有很显著的耐腐蚀功能,当前,铝及铝合金板带材广泛应用于航空航天、建材、汽车制造等多行业领域中。为提升铝及铝合金板带材应用效果,强化对铝及铝合金板带材生产工序的控制,可以进一步提升铝及铝合金板带材性能。为此,本文分析了铝及铝合金板带材压延过程板型控制影响因素,并就板型控制方法进行探讨,研究了铝及铝合金板带材压延过程板型控制措施,为板带材压延过程中的板型控制提供指导。Aluminum and aluminum alloy plate and strip have good performance,light weight,high strength,and significant corrosion resistance.Currently,aluminum and aluminum alloy plate and strip are widely used in various industries such as aerospace,building materials,and automobile manufacturing.To enhance the application effect of aluminum and aluminum alloy plate and strip,and strengthen the control of the production process of aluminum and aluminum alloy plate and strip,the performance of aluminum and aluminum alloy plate and strip can be further improved.Therefore,this article analyzes the influencing factors of plate shape control in the rolling process of aluminum and aluminum alloy sheet and strip,explores the methods of plate shape control,and studies the measures of plate shape control in the rolling process of aluminum and aluminum alloy sheet and strip,providing guidance for plate shape control in the rolling process of sheet and strip.
