摘　　要：资源是企业生命线,集团一直以来重视本部矿区的矿石质量工作。矿石的损失是评价矿床开采的主要经济指标,而如何降低矿石损失则是当前矿山管理中的重要工作。降低矿石损失不但可以增加矿山企业经济效益,延长矿山服务年限,而且也是当前严峻市场形式下矿山企业“降本增效与精益管理”的具体表现。Resources are the lifeline of the enterprise.The Group has always attached importance to the ore quality of the mine area.The ore loss is the main economic index to evaluate the ore mining,and how to reduce the ore loss is an important work in the current mine management.Reducing ore losses can not only increase the economic benefits of mining enterprises,extend the service life of mines,but also the concrete performance of "reducing cost and increasing efficiency and lean management" of mining enterprises under the current severe market.
