摘　　要：某银铅多金属矿矿石矿物种类多,矿物组成较为复杂,金属矿物的含量低,非金属矿物的含量高。某公司计划开发该矿,委托某研究院对该矿矿石进行了试验,选矿指标较为理想,试验结果可靠,可作为设计的依据。现计划设计规模为1000t/d的选矿厂,选矿厂主要工艺为三段一闭路破碎,两段一闭路磨矿流程,优先浮选银铅,银铅尾矿浮选锌,锌尾矿选锰,锰尾矿再选铁的浮选流程;主要产品为银铅精矿、锌精矿、锰精矿和铁精矿。该项目财务指标较好,技术上可行,经济上合理,完全具备建设的条件。本文对该矿的选矿厂项目工艺流程设计进行了简要介绍。A silver lead polymetallic ore ore has many kinds of minerals,complex mineral composition,low content of metallic minerals and high content of non-metallic minerals.A company plans to develop the mine,commissioned a research institute to carry out tests on the ore,the beneficiation index is more ideal,the test results are reliable,can be used as the basis for design.The current plan is to design a concentrator with a scale of 1000t/d.The main process of the concentrator is three stages and one closed circuit crushing,two stages and one closed circuit grinding process,giving priority to the flotation process of silver lead,silver lead tailings for zinc flotation,zinc tailings for manganese separation and manganese tailings for iron separation.The main products are silver lead concentrate,zinc concentrate,manganese concentrate and iron concentrate.The financial index of the project is good,technically feasible,economically reasonable,and fully qualified for construction.This paper briefly introduces the process design of the concentrator project of the mine.
