矿区路面塌陷采空区治理方法研究

摘  要:某一级公路处于矿区位置,路面突然塌陷阻断了道路的通行,对道路安全运行造成重大威胁,引发民众极大关注。塌陷路段路基下浅部隐伏有矿层采空区,由于历史上无序开采,地下采空区形态极其复杂且未经过任何处理。为探查塌陷区影响范围区内浅部采空区分布状况,采用了可控源音频大地电磁(CSAMT)、天然源面波(微动)勘探及高密度电法三种物探手段对采空区进行综合地球物理探测,通过三种物探方法相互佐证,进一步缩小了物探异常区域,提高了物探精度。并施工勘查钻孔验证了物探推测异常区。在此基础上,采空区塌陷治理方案采用了注浆充填法。通过多种检测监测方法,显示采空区注浆充填充分,治理区沉降稳定,治理效果良好。A first-class highway is located in the mining area,and the sudden collapse of the road surface blocks the passage of the road,posing a major threat to the safe operation of the road,causing great concern to the public.There is a hidden mining goaf in the shallow part of the roadbed under the collapsed road section.Due to the disorderly mining in history,the underground goaf shape is extremely complex and has not been treated in any way.In order to investigate the distribution of shallow goaf within the affected area of the collapse zone,three geophysical methods,namely controllable source audio magnetotelluric (CSAMT),natural source surface wave (micro motion) exploration,and high-density electrical method,were used to comprehensively explore the goaf.The three geophysical methods were used to support each other,further reducing the area of geophysical anomalies and improving geophysical accuracy.And the construction exploration drilling verified the abnormal area speculated by geophysical exploration.On this basis,the collapse control plan for the goaf adopts the grouting filling method.Through various detection and monitoring methods,it is shown that the grouting filling in the goaf is effective,and the settlement in the treatment area is stable,with good treatment effects.
