摘 要:本文针对高白填料氢氧化铝的生产原理从分解工艺学角度进行探究,对碳分分解工艺和种分分解工艺进行对比,选择形成氢氧化铝结晶晶形趋于完善的种分分解工艺来生产制备高白填料氢氧化铝。以15万吨种分高白填料氢氧化铝生产线为例,主要从工艺流程、物料衡算、关键设备选型计算三方面进行分析研究。种分高白填料氢氧化铝的生产工艺流程,主要包括晶种分解工序、旋流分级工序、AH过滤洗涤工序、烘干工序等。以15万吨种分高白填料氢氧化铝生产线的物料衡算为基础数据,对关键设备种分槽、立盘过滤机、旋流器、平盘过滤机、桨式干燥器等进行选型计算。以15万吨计算为基础,20万吨、30万吨等一系列的种分高白填料氢氧化铝生产线可实现工艺计算及设备选型。In this paper,the production principle of high whiteness filler aluminum hydroxide is studied from the angle of decomposition technology,and carbonation decomposition process and seed decomposition process were compared.In this paper,the high whiteness filler aluminum hydroxide was produced by seed decomposition process which formed the perfect crystal shape of aluminum hydroxide.Taking 150,000 tons of high-white filler aluminum hydroxide production line as an example,the paper mainly analyzed and studied from three aspects:production process flow,material balance and key equipment selection calculation.The production process of high whiteness filler aluminum hydroxide mainly included seed decomposition process,cyclone classification process,AH filtration and washing process,drying process,etc.Based on the material balance of 150,000 tons of high whiteness filler aluminum hydroxide production line,the main production equipment was calculated,such as Alumina Seed Precipitators,Vertical plate filter,Hydrocyclone,Horizontal table filter,and Paddle dryer.And based on the theoretical calculation of 150,000 tons,it can realize the production process calculation and equipment selection calculation of 200,000 tons,300,000 tons and other series of seed high whiteness filler aluminum hydroxide production line.
