摘 要:在针对铜矿石当中的铜含量进行测定的过程当中,碘量法是使用的比较频繁的一种方法,但是该方法在进行应用时易出现碘过量挥发或者是碘化铜沉淀等一系列的现象,而最终致使实验结果出现一定的误差。但通过相关研究发现如果能够在硫氰酸钾条件下完成碘量法的测定,就可以有效的增强碘化铜沉淀时的溶解度,并且硫氰酸钾也能够跟碘生成非常稳定的络合物,能使被吸附的碘分子从沉淀表面置换出来,有效的提高测定结果的准确度而且操作非常的简单。因此在本文当中将会重点研究如何以碘量法,来高效测定铜矿石当中的铜含量,希望能够为相关工作人员提供一定的帮助。In the process of determining the copper content in copper ore,iodometric method is a commonly used method.However,this method is prone to a series of phenomena such as excessive volatilization of iodine or precipitation of copper iodide during application,which ultimately leads to certain errors in experimental results.But through relevant research,it has been found that if the iodometric determination can be completed under the condition of potassium thiocyanate,the solubility of copper iodide precipitation can be effectively enhanced,and potassium thiocyanate can also form a very stable complex with iodine,which can displace the adsorbed iodine molecules from the precipitation surface,effectively improving the accuracy of the measurement results and making the operation very simple.Therefore,in this article,the focus will be on how to efficiently determine the copper content in copper ore using the iodometric method,hoping to provide some assistance to relevant personnel.
