摘  要:炭素车底式焙烧炉是一种常用于高精炭素制品焙烧的设备,其高能耗一直是该炉焙烧工艺改进的重点。本论文主要探讨车底式焙烧炉利用炉自身产生的烟气余热来加热燃烧器助燃风源的技术与应用,以提高焙烧过程的能源利用率,从而达到节能降耗的目的。本文首先介绍了车底式焙烧炉的基本组成结构和工艺流程;其次分析了目前存在的能耗问题;再次讲述了车底式焙烧炉怎么利用炉自身产生的烟气余热来加热燃烧器助燃风源,接着介绍了车底式焙烧炉控制系统融入的智能化技术,针对车底式焙烧炉的不同工艺要求,编写不同的控制程序,通过PID调节来实现智能化均温控制,并通过对比使用不同内衬材料分析炉体节能性。最后探讨了它们在实际应用中的可行性和节能降耗技术效果价值评估。Carbon bottom baking furnace is a commonly used equipment for roasting high-precision carbon products,and its high energy consumption has always been the focus of improving the baking process of the furnace.This paper mainly explores the technology and application of using the waste heat of flue gas generated by the car bottom calciner to heat the combustion air source of the burner,in order to improve the energy utilization rate of the calcination process and achieve the goal of energy conservation and consumption reduction.This article first introduces the basic composition,structure,and process flow of the car bottom calciner;Secondly,the current energy consumption issues were analyzed;This article first introduces the basic composition structure and process flow of the bottom type roasting furnace;Secondly,the current energy consumption issues were analyzed;This article once again explains how the bottom type roasting furnace uses the residual heat of the flue gas generated by the furnace itself to heat the combustion air source of the burner.Then,it introduces the intelligent technology integrated into the control system of the bottom type roasting furnace.Different control programs are written according to the different process requirements of the bottom type roasting furnace,and intelligent temperature control is achieved through PID adjustment.The energy-saving performance of the furnace body is analyzed by comparing the use of different lining materials.Finally,the feasibility of their practical applications and the evaluation of the value of energy-saving and consumption reducing technologies were discussed.
