摘  要:随着矿业生产规模的扩大和能源消耗的增加,实现矿井机电设备的高效节能成为矿山企业可持续发展的关键。本文围绕矿井机电设备优化设计原则,提出了通风系统、提升运输系统及变频调速节能系统的优化设计方法,并探讨了矿井照明系统节能改造、空压机系统节能优化以及供排水系统节能技术的应用实践。科学设计与技术应用不仅能够提升矿井机电设备的运行效率,还能显著降低能源消耗和运行成本,为矿山行业的绿色发展提供了技术支撑和应用示范。With the expansion of mining production scale and the increase in energy consumption,achieving high efficiency and energy savings in mine electromechanical equipment has become crucial for the sustainable development of mining enterprises.This paper focuses on the principles of optimization design for mine electromechanical equipment,proposing optimization methods for ventilation systems,hoisting and transportation systems,and variable frequency drive energy-saving systems.It also explores practical applications of energy-saving retrofitting for mine lighting systems,energy optimization for air compressor systems,and energy-saving technologies for water supply and drainage systems.Scientific design and technological applications not only enhance the operational efficiency of mine electromechanical equipment but also significantly reduce energy consumption and operating costs,providing technical support and application models for the green development of the mining industry.
