摘  要:本文针对艾萨电收尘在运行到一定时间后出现的烟尘粘接电场内部极板极线,造成极线极板肥大放电不良,导致电场电流降低,影响收尘效率的问题进行分析;通过理论分析验证现场粘接的情况,分析原因主要为烟尘中铅、锌、铁的硫酸盐以及五氧化二砷粘结导致;结合现场实际生产情况采用工艺控制、试验喷吹的方法,调整烟尘中铅、锌、铁的硫酸盐以及五氧化二砷含量,解决收尘器电场内部粘接情况。This article analyzes the problem of smoke and dust adhesion to the internal pole lines of the electric field during the operation of Elsa electrostatic precipitator for a certain period of time,causing the pole lines to become enlarged and discharge poorly,resulting in a decrease in electric field current and affecting the dust collection efficiency;Verify the onsite bonding situation through theoretical analysis,and analyze that the main reasons are the sulfate salts of lead,zinc,and iron in the smoke and dust,as well as the bonding of arsenic pentoxide;Based on the actual production situation on site,process control and experimental spraying methods are adopted to adjust the sulfate content of lead,zinc,iron,and arsenic pentoxide in the smoke and dust,and solve the internal bonding problem of the dust collector electric field.
