摘　　要：SCADA系统是一种集数据采集、监视、控制于一体的过程控制系统,广泛应用于冶炼、供水、化工等多个领域。某冶炼公司生产工艺涵盖多个复杂环节,每个环节对供水稳定性、水质、水量及水压要求严苛。本研究针对某冶炼公司供水系统需求,深入探究SCADA智能供水系统的应用与优化。系统能够根据厂区工艺各环节的实时用水需求,动态调整供水参数,实现精准供水,从而优化整个工艺流程,提高水资源利用率,降低生产成本,并保障生产的连续性与稳定性。SCADA system is a process control system integrating data collection,monitoring and control,which is widely used in smelting,water supply,chemical industry and other fields.The production process of a smelting company covers multiple complex links,each of which has strict requirements on water supply stability,water quality,water quantity and water pressure.This study addresses the water supply system needs of a smelting company,and explores the application and optimization of SCADA intelligent water supply system.The system can dynamically adjust the water supply parameters according to the real-time water demand of each link of the plant process,to achieve accurate water supply,so as to optimize the whole process,improve the utilization rate of water resources,reduce the production cost,and ensure the continuity and stability of production.
