摘 要:本文探讨了露天采矿运输设备在承受高工作负荷时所面临的主要机械故障问题。文章深入分析了当前维护和检修过程中存在的挑战及其根源,这些问题涵盖了管理层面的不足、专业技术上的局限性以及设备更新换代的需求等多方面因素。此外,文中还提出了若干关键点以指导运输机械设备的有效维护与检查,例如基于使用频率的评估、对易损件的关注以及定期实施设备状况监测等措施。同时,强调了制定科学合理的机械设备保养及维修计划的重要性,并根据不同类型设备及其部件的特点提出了定制化的维护策略。对于如皮带、轴承这类特别容易受损的组件,文章更是给予了详尽的检查建议与预防措施。This paper explores the main mechanical failure problems faced by open-pit mining transportation equipment when subjected to high workloads.The article conducts an in-depth analysis of the challenges existing in the current maintenance and overhaul processes and their root causes.These issues cover multiple factors such as deficiencies at the management level,limitations in professional technology,and the need for equipment upgrades.In addition,several key points are put forward in the paper to guide the effective maintenance and inspection of transportation machinery and equipment,such as evaluations based on usage frequency,attention to wearing parts,and the regular implementation of equipment condition monitoring measures.Meanwhile,the importance of formulating scientific and reasonable machinery equipment maintenance and repair plans is emphasized,and customized maintenance strategies are proposed according to the characteristics of different types of equipment and their components.For components that are particularly vulnerable to damage,such as belts and bearings,detailed inspection suggestions and preventive measures are provided in the article.
