摘 要:预拌混凝土是我国经济发展过程中最重要的建筑材料,到2023年,预计商品混凝土总产量将达到2.84亿吨,砂石需求量约为151.72亿吨,随着国家双碳战略目标的提出,建筑建材行业需要承担起相应的减碳责任,由于预拌混凝土用量庞大,行业转型发展也是迫在眉睫,发展绿色低碳混凝土是推动建筑建材行业“降碳”的重要途经之一,低碳生产也就自然成为了行业绿色高质量发展的核心内容。本文主要研究利用“固废铜尾矿砂”代替天然砂、机制砂生产预拌混凝土,通过不同的水胶比、铜尾矿砂掺量生产绿色低碳低成本的预拌混凝土,其混凝土流动性、和易性、强度、耐久性均满足《混凝土质量控制标准》GB 50164-2011要求。Ready-mixed concretes are the most important materials of construction in China.It is expected that the total output of commercial concrete will reach 284 million tons,and the demand of sand and stone will be about 15.172 billion tons.With the proposal of the national double carbon strategic goal,the construction and building materials industry needs to assume the corresponding responsibility of carbon reduction.Due to the huge amount of ready-mixed concrete,the transformation and development of the industry is also imminent,the development of green low-carbon concrete is one of the important ways to promote the"carbon reduction"of the building materials industry,and low-carbon production has naturally become the core content of the industry's green and high-quality development.This paper mainly studies the use of"solid waste copper tailings"instead of natural sand and manufactured sand to produce ready-mixed concrete.Through different water-binder ratio,copper tailings content to produce green low-carbon low-cost ready-mixed concrete,the concrete fluidity,workability,strength,durability meet the"concrete quality control standard"GB50164-2011 requirements.
