摘 要:本研究依据某铜冶炼厂稀贵车间高浓度铜、砷废水的元素组成,通过对石灰沉淀法处理废水过程中的重要参数:终点PH值、石灰加入量、曝气鼓风时间进行逐一探索实验,分析各参数对废水中铜、砷去除效果的影响。根据实验目的和实际情况,配置成的含铜、砷的浓度分别为20g/L、5g/L的高浓度铜、砷废水。实验结果表明,在反应温度为25℃时,pH值为12,石灰的投加量为500g,曝气鼓风时间4小时等试验条件下,铜去除效率可达到98.5%,砷的去除效率可达到97.2%。此外,除使用石灰沉淀剂,添加絮凝剂,形成沉淀—混凝工艺,可有效提升铜、砷去除效率,处理后,含铜、砷的浓度分别10mg/L、200mg/L,铜去除效率高达到99.95%,砷的去除率高达到99.6%。Based on the elemental composition of high concentration copper and arsenic wastewater in the rare and precious workshop of a copper smelting plant,this study conducted exploratory experiments on important parameters in the lime precipitation method for wastewater treatment,including endpoint pH value,lime addition amount,and aeration blowing time.The effects of each parameter on the removal efficiency of copper and arsenic in wastewater were analyzed.According to the experimental purpose and actual situation,high concentration copper and arsenic wastewater with concentrations of 20g/L and 5g/L were prepared.The experimental results showed that under the experimental conditions of reaction temperature of 25℃,pH value of 12,lime dosage of 500g,and aeration blowing time of 4 hours,the copper removal efficiency could reach 98.5%and the arsenic removal efficiency could reach 97.2%.In addition,in addition to using lime precipitant and adding flocculant to form a precipitation coagulation process,the removal efficiency of copper and arsenic can be effectively improved.After treatment,the concentrations of copper and arsenic are 10mg/L and 200mg/L,respectively,with a high copper removal efficiency of 99.95%and a high arsenic removal rate of 99.6%.
