环京津地区康养产业经济发展实践路径与演进策略

摘　　要：河北省北部地区虽然拥有地处环京津区位优势,但同时也面临京津在经济、产业、人才等方面的“虹吸”,加之区域历史定位、产业集聚薄弱等历史原因,难以挖掘新的经济增长点以实现产业转型升级。随着我国人口老龄化进程加快,产生了巨大的银发经济蓝海市场,环京津地区利用区位、地理、政策等优势发展康养产业已经成为拉动区域经济的重要引擎。构建有序、健康的康养产业发展环境,促成产业集聚、产业链集成成为环京津地区经济再上新台阶的重要路径。Although the northern region of Hebei Province benefits from its geographic advantage of being close to Beijing and Tianjin,it also faces the“siphoning effect”of these cities in terms of economy,industry,and talent.Coupled with historical factors such as regional positioning and weak industrial agglomeration,it is challenging to identify new economic growth points to achieve industrial transformation and upgrading.A vast blue ocean market for the silver economy has emerged with the accelerating aging population in China.Leveraging its location,geography,and policy advantages,the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region has positioned the health and wellness industry as a crucial engine for regional economic growth.The essential pathways for elevating the region’s economy to new heights are to build an orderly and healthy development environment for the health and wellness industry and promote the formation of the industrial agglomeration and integrated industrial chains.
