数字经济重塑首都都市圈产业空间布局:宏观效应与微观机理

摘　　要：基于首都都市圈城市群的面板数据,运用固定效应模型和门槛回归模型考察数字经济重塑都市圈产业空间布局的宏观效应和微观机理。研究发现:相比中心城市,数字经济对首都周边地区产业聚集的作用效果更显著。采用双重差分模型检验非首都功能疏解政策对首都都市圈产业空间布局的影响,并利用剔除行政力量后的数据进行检验,结论依然成立;机理检验发现,数字经济所带来的产业关联水平提升、产业结构升级和技术扩散,有利于重塑首都都市圈均衡的产业空间布局;产业异质性显示,数字经济主要促进首都周边地区第二产业的集聚。未来应通过加强都市圈周边地区数字基础设施建设力度,促进产业结构升级,进而提高产业承接能力;通过跨区域产业空间规划协同,提高都市圈产业协同水平;通过跨区域科技创新网络建设,促进创新协作。Based on the panel data of the urban agglomerations in the capital metropolitan area,the study examines the macro effect and micro mechanism of the digital economy reshaping the industrial spatial layout of the metropolitan area by using the fixed effect model and the threshold regression model.It is found that compared with the center city,the effect of digital economy on industrial agglomeration in the peripheral areas of the capital is more significant.The double difference model is used to test the impact of the policy of non-capital function relocation on the industrial spatial layout of the capital metropolitan area,and the conclusion is still valid using the data after removing the administrative power;the mechanism test finds that the improvement of the level of industrial linkage,the upgrading of the industrial structure,and the diffusion of technology brought about by the digital economy are conducive to the remodeling of the balanced industrial spatial layout of the capital metropolitan area;the industrial heterogeneity shows that the digital economy mainly promotes the agglomeration of secondary industries in the peripheral areas of the capital.In the future,we should strengthen the construction of digital infrastructure in the peripheral areas of the metropolitan area to promote the upgrading of industrial structure,and then improve the capacity of industrial acceptance;improve the level of industrial synergy in the metropolitan area through the coordination of inter-regional industrial spatial planning;and promote the collaboration of innovation through the construction of inter-regional scientific and technological innovation network.
