摘　　要：国家间制度距离是影响国际经贸往来的重要因素。制度距离这一概念由心理距离和文化距离发展而来,反映了国家之间制度的差异。在国家层面,制度距离对国际直接投资的影响,有三种不同的观点:“制度亲近论”“距离偏好论”和“非线性关系”;在企业层面,制度距离影响企业对外直接投资的区位选择、持股比例和生存绩效。从加强经济学学理基础、优化测度方法、强化内生性讨论和补充制度距离影响全球双边直接投资四个维度,可以拓展和深化制度距离影响国际直接投资的研究。Institutional distance between countries is an important factor affecting international economic and trade exchanges.The concept of institutional distance is developed from psychological distance and cultural distance,reflecting the differences in institutions between countries.At the national level,there are three different views on the impact of institutional distance on international direct investment,including“institutional proximity theory”,“distance preference theory”and“non-linear relationship”;At the enterprise level,institutional distance affects the location choice,shareholding ratio and survival performance of enterprises'outward foreign direct investment.The research on the impact of institutional distance on international direct investment can be expanded and deepened from four dimensions,including strengthening the theoretical foundation of economics,optimizing the measurement methodology,reinforcing the discussion of endogeneity,and supplementing the discussion on the impact of institutional distance on global bilateral direct investment.
