摘  要:综合评价了哈萨克斯坦Tengiz原油性质,详细分析了各馏分和渣油的适宜加工方案。研究结果表明:建议204~232℃轻柴油馏分通过加氢将芳烃尤其是多环芳烃进行转化,提高十六烷值并降低多环芳烃含量;260~343℃重柴油馏分比较适合生产5号、0号、-10号、-20号柴油,生产-35号、-50号柴油时需深度脱蜡;Tengiz原油>343℃常压重油和343~565℃减压馏分均满足催化裂化原料残碳以及Ni+V的要求;可不经减压深拔,以此简化炼厂流程,节能降耗。In this paper,the properties of Kazakh Tengiz crude oil were evaluated comprehensively,and the suitable processing schemes of each fraction and residue were analyzed in detail.The results show that it is recommended that the aromatics,especially polycyclic aromatics,can be transformed by hydrogenation of light diesel oil fractions at 204~232℃,and the cetane number can be increased and the content of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons can be decreased.260~343℃heavy diesel fraction is more suitable for the production of No.5,0,-10,-20 diesel,and the production of No.35,No.50 diesel needs deep dewaxing.Both Tengiz>343℃atmospheric heavy oil and 343~565℃decompression distillate meet the requirements of catalytic cracking raw material residual carbon and Ni+V.It can simplify the refinery process and save energy without deep drawing under pressure.
