摘  要:为了防止金属管道外壁腐蚀对管道运行安全造成影响,调研了管道事故中腐蚀因素的影响,并分析管道敷设环境。通过分析设备结构及其运行原理,设计了设备控制方法,使设备能够对不同管径、腐蚀程度的管道进行表面处理,同时能够通过部分受限空间,使设备能够适应管道,且沿管道外壁连续稳定运行。制定了一套设备操作方法,完成设备在管道上的安装、运行、回收及异常数据分析处理。通过对设备控制方法的设计,使设备能够完成对金属管道表面除锈、喷漆,并且自带动力,调整运行螺旋程度,保证设备表面处理的效果。In order to prevent the corrosion of the external surface of metal pipelines from affecting the safety of pipeline operation,the impact of corrosion factors in pipeline accidents was investigated,and the pipeline setting environment was analyzed.Analyzing the equipment structure and its operating principle,a control method was designed to enable the equipment to perform surface treatment on pipes of different diameters and degrees of corrosion.The equipment also can adapt to the pipeline and operate continuously and stably along the external surface of the pipeline through partially confined spaces.A set of equipment operation methods has been developed to complete the installation,operation,recovery,and abnormal data analysis and processing of the equipment on the pipeline.By designing control methods for the equipment,it is possible to complete rust removal and painting on the surface of metal pipelines,and it comes with its own power to adjust the spiral degree of operation,ensuring the effectiveness of equipment surface treatment.
