摘  要:针对电子纸显示模组的特性,需要使用一种特殊封边胶对屏的四周进行封边固化确保水氧汽不会侵蚀墨水膜,在胶水涂布过程中,易导致胶水残留或者污染屏边缘,为此提出了针对封边残胶自动检测智能判定及擦拭修复设计的方案。阐述了该方案的装备结构设计,以及光学检测设计与智能算法、工艺流程方式、基于边缘残胶或污染的自动清洁擦拭修复系统等技术,方案可替代人工作业,从而实现电子纸显示屏全自动化连线作业,同时节省人工成本,为电子纸行业实现全自动化连线作业装备技术打通了关键工序,解决了技术壁垒。According to the characteristics of e-Paper display module,it is necessary to use a special edge sealing adhesive to seal the edges of the screen to ensure that water and oxygen vapor will not erode the ink film.In the process of glue coating,glue residue or contamination of the edge of the screen is easy to be caused.Therefore,a design scheme for automatic detection and intelligent judgment of edge sealing residue and wiping repair is proposed.This program equipment describes the structure design,optical detection design and intelligent algorithm,process flow mode,automatic cleaning and wiping repair system based on edge residual glue or pollution,and other technologies,which can replace manual work,so as to realize the e-Paper display can be fully automated connection operation,and also save labor costs.For the e-Paper industry to achieve fully automated wired work equipment technology to open up key processes,to solve the technical barriers.
