摘　　要：为了解决传统制造业在流程可视化与实时响应中的核心痛点,推动生产流程精益化与资源动态配置能力升级,介绍了EPD电子纸技术,分析了智慧工厂在库存管理、物流调度、生产车间协作、设备维护方面面临的问题,详细阐述了EPD电子标签实时信息展示与动态管理、从物流到智能制造全流程智能化管理以及EPD电子标签亮灯挑拣、EPD电子标签定位功能,从而提高生产效率、减少作业误差,为智慧工厂建设提供参考。To address core challenges in process visualization and real-time response within traditional manufacturing,and to promote lean production processes and dynamic resource allocation,this document introduces EPD e-Paper technology.It analyzes issues faced by smart factories in inventory management,logistics scheduling,production workshop collaboration,and equipment maintenance,and details the real-time information display and dynamic management of EPD electronic labels,the full-process intelligent management from logistics to smart manufacturing,as well as the lightup picking and positioning functions of these labels.This serves as a reference for enhancing production efficiency and reducing operational errors in smart factory construction.
