摘　　要：围绕电视机现行售后体系,分析电视机售后体系现状、售后痛点等问题,阐述电视机售后循环包装统一投放、运营体系、商业模式等维度,提出了基于智能电子纸面单的电视机售后循环包装解决方案,并对循环包装的标准化进行探索,为电视机品牌商新机循环包装提供参考。This paper focuses on the current after-sales system of TV,it analyzes the current status of the TV after-sales system,the pain points of transportation damage,and the application problems of reusable packaging.It elaborates on the unified distribution,operation system,and business model of TV after-sales reusable packaging.A solution for the aftersales reusable packaging of TV based on intelligent e-Paper waybills is proposed,and the standardization of reusable packaging is explored,aiming to provide a reference for the new machine reusable packaging of TV brands.
