摘　　要：党的二十届三中全会紧紧围绕推进中国式现代化谋划改革,谱写了进一步全面深化改革的新篇章。为有效应对中国式现代化面临的各种矛盾和挑战,解决前进道路上的困难和问题,必须自觉把改革摆在更加突出的位置,紧紧围绕党的中心任务不断深化改革。进一步全面深化改革要以党的全面领导为根本保证、以人民至上为价值立场、以守正创新为内在逻辑、以制度建设为实践主线、以系统观念为科学方法。进一步全面深化改革坚持和发展历史唯物主义,开辟了当代中国马克思主义发展新境界;深化和拓展对改革的规律性认识,实现了社会主义改革理论新飞跃;推进和引领中国式现代化,为世界现代化提供了新选择。The third plenary session of the 2oth CPC Central Committee pushes reform forward with a view to advancing Chinese path to modernization,opening up a new chapter of further deepening reform comprehensively.To deal with the various contradictions and challenges of Chi-nese modernization and solve the difficulties and problems on the way forward,it is vital that we consciously give more prominence to reform and further deepen reform comprehensively with a view to advancing the central task of the CPC.Further deepening reform comprehensively should be based on upholding the Party's overall leadership as the fundamental guarantee,adhering to a people-centered approach as the value stance,upholding fundamental principles and breaking new ground as the internal logic,strengthening institutional building as the main line of practice,and applying systematic thinking as the scientific method.Further deepening reform comprehensively adheres to and develops historical materialism,opens up a new realm for the development of today's Chinese Marxism,deepens and expands the understanding of the regularity of reform,realizes a new leap in the theory of socialist reform,and advances and leads the Chinese moderni-zation,providing a new choice for achieving modernization.
