摘　　要：进一步全面深化改革、推进中国式现代化必须坚持党的领导。系统梳理新中国成立以来坚持和加强党的领导的历史进程和主要经验,对深刻领悟“两个确立”的决定性意义具有重要的理论和实践价值。新中国成立以来,党的领导经历了巩固与探索、调整与完善、强化与创新三个阶段,在党的领导学说、党的全面领导制度体系、全面从严治党等方面取得了历史性的成就。坚持和加强党的领导的主要经验在于:确立和维护党的领导核心是坚持和加强党的领导的根本前提;坚持与发展马克思主义是坚持和加强党的领导的思想武器;秉持和遵循人民至上的价值取向是坚持和加强党的领导的动力来源;健全和完善党的领导制度建设是坚持和加强党的领导的基本保障;提高党的领导能力和执政水平是坚持和加强党的领导的重要法宝。Adhering to the leadership of the Party is the fundamental guarantee for further deepening reforms in a comprehensive manner and advancing Chinese path to modernization.It is of theoretical and practical significance for comprehending the decisive role of the“Two Establish-ments”to explore systematically the historical process and major experience of adhering to and strengthening the leadership of the Party since the founding of New China,whereupon the Party's leadership has gone through three stages of consolidation and exploration,adjustment and improvement,and strengthening and innovation,and has made historic achievements in leader-ship theory,leadership system,and political party construction.The major experience can be summarized in five aspects:establishing and safeguarding the Party's leading core is the funda-mental premise of adhering to and strengthening the Party's leadership;adherence to and development of Marxism is the ideological weapon of adhering to and strengthening the Party's leadership;adherence to people orientation is the source of the impetus for adherence to and strengthening of the Party's leadership;improving and perfecting the Party's leadership system is the basic guarantee for adhering to and strengthening the Party's leadership;improving the Party's leadership and governing ability is an important approach to adhering to and strengthening the Party's leadership.
