当代西方“威权政党论”的应对研究

摘　　要：“威权政党论”是西方关于政党问题的一个主流分析框架。近年来,西方国家越来越多地把中国共产党视为“威权政党”,从而极大地误导了学术研究和国际舆论,也在一定程度上抹黑了中国共产党。要对外塑造中国共产党的良好国际形象,必须积极回应并批判西方“威权政党论”。为此,必须从解决根本性问题入手,进一步认清理论实质,还之以本来面目。通过加强引领塑造海外中共观的理论建设、讲好中国共产党执政为民故事等国际传播手段,同时深化国际社会交流合作,助力海外友华学者为中国共产党发声,从而消弭西方“威权政党论”的消极影响。"Authoritarian party theory"is a mainstream discourse in the West regarding political party issues.In recent years,western countries increasingly call the Communist Party of China(CPC)an"authoritarian party",which greatly misleads academic research and international opinion,and also discredits the CPC.In order to build a good international image of the CPC,we must actively respond to and criticize the western"authoritarian party theory",To achieve this,we must start from solving fundamental problems,further recognize the essence of the theory,and return it to its true form.To eliminate the negative influence of the western"authoritarian party theory",we must strengthen the theoretical construction leading and shaping the overseas concept of the CPC,tell well the story of the CPC governing for the people,take advantage of every other international communication method,as well as deepen international social exchanges and cooperation,and help overseas friendly scholars speak for the CPC.
