摘  要:经济领域的供给侧改革是福建高等教育供给侧改革的外部推动,福建高等教育主动适应和服务于经济社会发展是其供给侧改革的内在动力,办人民群众满意的、有质量的高等教育是福建高等教育供给侧改革的根本动因。用人力资源管理STAR模型,分析福建高等教育供给侧改革的形势和面临的任务,发现福建高等教育存在供求关系失衡、高教亮点不足、区域发展不均等问题。优化学科布局,试点教育资源共享,深化教育评价改革,关注福建新质生产力发展等,可以有效提升福建高等教育供给质量,助力福建经济社会高质量发展及教育强省建设。The supply-side reform in the economic field serves as an external driving force for the supply-side reform of higher education in Fujian Province.The proactive adaptation and service of higher education to economic and social development constitute the internal impetus for this reform.Providing people-oriented,high-quality higher education is the fundamental motivation behind the supply-side reform of higher education in Fujian Province.By applying the STAR model from human resource management to analyze the situation and challenges faced by the supply-side reform of higher education in Fujian Province,it is found that there are several issues,including imbalances in supply and demand,imbalances in the highlights of higher education,and imbalances in regional development.Optimizing the layout of academic disciplines,piloting the sharing of educational resources,deepening the reform of educational evaluation,and paying attention to the development of new-quality productive forces in Fujian can effectively enhance the quality of higher education supply in the province.These measures will contribute to the high-quality development of Fujian's economy and society,as well as the construction of an education-strong province.
