摘  要:养成时代新人现代人格是走中国式现代化道路的必要前提和重要内容。立足于新的品德三维结构说,建构三维互构式德育,有利于促进时代新人现代人格养成。在逻辑向度上,围绕从品德三维结构说到三维互构式德育这条主线,探究价值建构、真知探寻、个体认同三条教育支线在时代新人现代人格养成过程中各自的地位和作用,并始终强调三者之间的交叉融合、彼此渗透。在实践路径上,聚焦当前德育过程中的现实问题,确保实践理路的针对性:以价值建构促进品德内容的普遍性,培育普遍的人;以真知探寻促进品德形式的完整性,培育完整的人;以个体认同促进品德层次的协调性,培育协调的人。Cultivating the modern personality of new individuals for the era is a necessary precondition and an important content of the Chinese path to modernization.Based on the new theory of the three-dimensional structure of moral character,constructing a three-dimensional,mutually-constructive moral education is conducive to fostering the modern personality of new individuals.In terms of logical orientation,focusing on the main thread from the three-dimensional structure of moral character to the three-dimensional,mutually-constructive moral education,the study explores the respective positions and roles of the three educational sub-themes-value construction,pursuit of true knowledge,and individual identification-in the process of cultivating the modern personality of new individuals.It consistently emphasizes the interweaving and mutual penetration among these three aspects.In terms of practical pathways,the focus is on the real issues in the current moral education process to ensure the relevance of the practical approach:promoting the universality of moral content through value construction to cultivate universal individuals;promoting the integrity of moral form through the pursuit of true knowledge to cultivate whole individuals;and promoting the coordination of moral levels through individual identification to cultivate harmonious individuals.
